Credit to Dealer where it is due

Over several months I have had problems with the electric windows operation on my 97 SL320. Greenoaks of Reading have had the car in on a couple of occasions and not fixed it right (though I think they now have sorted it).
I wrote to their Operations Manager to suggest that as a result of the trouble I deserved a "goodwill gesture", and he has replied offering me a free hard top stand - worth at least £200 at retail price.

Congratulations on your result and glad to hear of a dealer trying -had Lancaster Bow give me a watch some time ago when I had a company SLK in for repair and they messed me about.....put me off a bit though!
