Subject: 5 star fuel
I take it that an apology is out of the question then!

You ****ed me off with your first comment to this guy which was:-

"No you don't get 5 star anymore......

I thought this was supposed to be a place where knowledge was shared, not where you make fun of people that may be too young to know what 5 star was.

You also gave wrong advise on mixing oils, but I ignored that, and the guy got correct info elsewhere anyway.

finally I take it that your user name is actually a typo, for land rover, so why the interest in MB's?

The person i did answer had no problem with the answer.

On the Landrover/Mercedes thing I have got two mercedes cars and four landrovers. Mercedes forum for mercs and a Land Rover forum for landrovers.I hope you can understand this .

Two things:

1. "keep sending me private messages" infers that I have sent you others, which of course is not true, this was the only one. Interesting that you wish to publish this but dropped the part of the quote that offended me, that you took the **** out of the guy because he didnt know what 5 star petrol was.

2. I totally support your right to give advise, and don't wish to prevent this or even correct you on the occasions when its wrong. What I was "privately" trying to do was close the matter, however I think you have now made everyone aware of your position.

Please dont waste anymore of your valuable time on a response, its not required.

I have been reading your posts and it seams you can't mind your own business.why do you but in when it has nothing to do with you.
I know you will come back and give me abuse now .
I am only saying what i was thinking.
All you are doing is just trying to start landrover.
