Hi all
My old car has come up for sale with my private number plate still attached.
It was sold to the "dealer" with its original plates.
These plates are currently on my car. He has done this to hide the fact that the car is a cat c.

I'm pretty angry bit need to go about this the right way to avoid getting parking fines and letters from dvla when the new owners tries to register etc.
What's the best way?
