Something tells me The Man Himself might do that first if it's about to fall.

Seriously, huge social rifts are forming there.

Trump fulfilling his democratic mandate to be a disrupter. Just as well there are checks and balances in the US political system.

Is it not a President (or PM, or any other leader)'s job to unite, rather than disrupt?

Black Lives Matter is pretty much a Democrat false flag operation.

The Democrats have shown on multiple occasions that they are prepared to resist a peaceful transition of power from the Obama to Trump Administrations.

The country is now being riven on social divides that pretty much did not exist before this election raised up the probability that political appointees emplaced within the Federsl government would get ousted.

These employees are Democrat plants, they exist at multiple levels from the DMV through to the judiciary- 9th Circuit Court as an example.

Trump is going through the government and removing these appointees through various means, they're being found everywhere.

That has the nett effect of removing a significant amount of Democrat power (of several kinds) within their support base.

Why the big deal with Democrats? Simple. They have shown that they wish to subvert the rule of law and have attempted to overrule the Constitution on multiple occasions. That is a direct threat to the Republic.

The job of the President is to execute Federal law, and directing foreign and domestic policy.

If you look closely at what Trump is doing, it is exactly that. The fact that so much fuss is being made over it should point out how many people disagree with Federal law and the Constitution (likely without realising it).

The Trump bashing media has unleashed a hailstorm of dribble that damages and divides the country,
both sides were to blame for the Charlottsville troubles the loony right for turning up and the loony left for the engaging them in violence.

I know what you mean. At least here we'd let Swastika waving clowns just walk in peace...given they would have a permit.

Perhaps because the Constitution allows a bunch of Nazis to go around town centres screaming ratial abuse whilst open carrying assault rifles and wearing combat gear. Even most third world countries don't have to put up with that! The whole Trump presidency and recent events is just an embodiment of how backward a lot of America really is.

I understand there are huge social divisions there but the irony is most of this is because of the complete lack of a welfare state/healthcare or any sort of wealth distribution at all. But rather than ask for any of that it seems the unfortunate ones think the answer is in more guns, more confrontation, racism and overturning the MSM.

As the majority seem to want those things too then let them all get on with it. Shame that there is a significant minority of educated people who will get caught up in it.

Exactly this. And that's exactly what Trump said- and he's been lambasted for it.

Agree with it or not the Constitution is the basis of Federal law. Get rid of that and you form a completely new country.

So, you're saying that you want to ban freedom of expression by preventing people you disagree with from saying their piece? But yet you also say that the country is overturning the mainstream media (who are demonstrably involved with the Democrat campaign to deny a peaceful transition of power), so surely that's a contradiction...? NB I'll state here that I disagree entirely with far right wing views, I'm right of centre but not by much. What I'm interested in is the rule of law in society.

Most third world countries- and I've been to more than a few- waive the rule of law as and when it suits them. So they "don't have to put up with" freedom of expression, or even a free press (or unlimited interwebz access) because they can make the laws to suit those making the laws. That, by the way, falls neatly in line with what the DNC were trying to do- taxing the rich (where "rich" was defined as "total net worth > $400k") in Republican states as one example.

Now, the USA and most other first-world countries have laws that specifically prohibit anyone from preventing freedom of expression, unless those expressing hate or inciting others to cause harm (as that is sedition and thus a threat to the state). Back in the 70s and 80s the Illinois Nazis won a court case to be allowed to demonstrate- and they did. That's why it featured in the Blues Brothers movie, it was such a landmark back then. What has happened in Charlottesville is a very clear decision by the State government to allow an approved demonstration to be interfered with, and prohibiting the police from preventing that (violent) interference.

If one wants to ban far-right demonstrations, one should also ban far-left (Antifa) and then by direct implication, ALL demonstrations. Freedom of expression goes out of the window and the First Amendment with it. And the road to civil war comes one step nearer.

Trump's laughable condemnation of evens, two days later and probably at his aides insistance shows the man really isn't fit to govern. Trying to blame left wing Dems for that trouble when clearly far right wingers were responsible was foolhardy at best.

The US needed change, but Trump isn't the answer. He has achieved zero in his 8 months tenure and his own Republicans are deserting him. I don't see him doing a full term.

He has started clearing the swamp of the Democrat-riddled Federal government bureacracy, and set the US on much more solid ground on the international stage than at any point over the previous 8 years. What do you think that missile strike in Syria was all about, and why do you think that for the first time in history both Russia AND the PRC have enacted trade sanctions on the DPRK? Coincidence?
