Instrument cluster display km/h and kPa

Hi,
is there any way to change these units in the Instrument cluster display km/h and kPa
to MPH and PSI ?

Ive looked at all the settings options but cant find anything ?

Your speedo does not have a dual scale so no, you can't change it. Someone with STAR may be able to though. In the UK a car must be capable of showing mph and kph.
