S210 wagon tailgate trim clips or fastener code

Hi guys im new here and I’ve been checking every ware for this tipo or clips. Or fastener. The part I’m talking about it a tailgate trim with partnumber 2107400493 and this trim has 4 clip that allow the trim to be flush to the body. I need these 4 clips but my local mercedes dealer said they don’t have them. And adding a picture of the atual trim and the clips im after.

eBay is your friend plenty of 210s being broken so I’m sure you’ll find what you want on there, you may need to buy the complete trim though

I saw many in ebay but some of them only sell the whole trim. And some don’t even have the clips
