Have a few marks I would like to remove from the heading. Any recommendations as to the best cleaner for the the headlining?
Thanks

It would depend how badly stained your liner is...It's a very delicate thing to clean. Autoglym do an interior cleaner pretty good stuff...I've used Vanish stain remover in some cases (the stuff the wife uses for her laundry stains)dabbing on gently with a microfibre cloth, I've also used my Vax carpet cleaner a couple of times but that was for seriously bad water ingress stains. You need to be very careful whichever you use not to soak the headliner or it may start to sag then it's game over.

Any good interior cleaner, those interior upholstery spray cleaners are usually strong and mild enough to cope with most stains without doing any damage.

Thanks for the replies.

Hi. It's like velour, and the stains seem like grubby hand marks. I've just purchased the car, so was looking at tidying things up a little.

I would try any interior spray or foam upholstery cleaner with a damp sponge first , I'm sure that would work a treat . That's what I do whenever I buy a second hand car

A Kärcher steam cleaner is one of the best things I’ve bought and use it on a lot of material upholstery.
It would probably be gentle enough to use on headlining.

Good idea, but will probably go with the interior spray or foam cleaner.
