Hi everyone,
I’ve just changed my boot badges, and wrapped the chrome boot trim.
I’ve just got the Mercedes badge to do now, has anyone got the information on removing this ? ,

so I can replace it with a black one.
Many thanks.

Empty garage, awaiting new toy :)
iirc
It pushes into 3 plastic stud retainers about half way down the 3 points.

Best to remove it from inside the boot lid by pushing on the badge lugs
rather than prising it off the outside, less chance of damage.

Thanks, so I’ll have to remove the boot liner to access?

No one has mentioned my Lewis Hamilton “44” on my number plate ?
I’m very disappointed.

I have an AMG badge on my ML270, its not an AMG, but it covers the little bit of damage on the grill !!!!!
You could spray the Mercedes three point star black if you cannot find one. I am all for personalising cars, it like a soft custom job, and why not be different.

Yes I will spray the badge if I can remove it in one piece, hopefully should be ok.

I totally agree, it’s nice to make your car look just a little bit different from the norm.
It’s the same as Personal number plates , some people like them and some hate them, horses for courses and all that.

Don't do badges, un-necessary clutter IMO of course

But putting fake AMG badges on doesn’t make it look different, just like 90% of the leased cars out there! :p

I've seen a few newer C350's with an AMG badge where the CDI should be, is this all aftermarket?
