E class 211 battery light staying on

Hi looking for some advice , I have a 2003 e200k 211 , battery light is staying on bringing on esp/abs fault and shutting convience features , I’ve had both batteries checked all are good , my auto electrician has said alternator , change that and still battery light stays on , it’s always started no problem, any thoughts ?

I'd find someone else personally since his original diagnosis didn't work. You've spent on a new alternator needlessly. Unless he's prepared to assist further foc.

has the large fuse that protects the charging circuit blown ?
