2014 C200 AMG SPORT LINE PETROL
Hi guys,

Just about to buy this car from a dealer. It's done 40k miles and is a 2014.

Wondering what any owners on here think of the car and what the fuel consumption is like.

I'm coming off a BMW 120d for this as my family has gotten bigger and we all can't fit easily (even though I still love the car). Because I'm going diesel to petrol I'm a bit worried about the extra cost, but I live near London and a lot of measures are coming in to deter diesels so thought if I'm spending the £ I may as well make the switch.

Any advise/opinions greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Ken

35-38mpg realistically. Loads more room than a thrice-poxed 1 Series though.

That's about right Craig, I can get just short of 40mpg on a run and just under 30mpg just hacking around town :)

Yeah, I recall looking at a C200 a few years back and it’s long term trip showed around 37 average. Sounds right to me.

Decent cars is the other part of the question - it will lack a bit of ooomph compared to the feeling of the 120d mind , different cars altogether
