Hello everyone.

Having a hard time tracking down engine mounts online.

Car is w202 1998 C200 manual. I usually use euro car parts but it’s not showing me three mounts (left right gearbox) by the same manufacturer. Two are Hutchinson and one is corteco. Do I really need lemforder?

Does anyone have the three part numbers I need for each mount? It would be just my luck to order the wrong ones.

Failing that anyone know good OE parts supplier number I could call?

Thanks for the help lads.

Gonna have a crack at doing the 3 engine mounts myself, doesn’t seem too intensive but I’ve never done it before

If you have not changed a engine mount, before , make sure your drive and socket are firmly on, and as you draw the bolt out it does not full out the socket.

I’m guessing you’re speaking from a bad experience?

I remember most mistakes, 20yrs ago as I drew the drive and socket out, the bolt came of the socket and fell in the chassis. Spent 30 minutes to retrieve it.

I had to peel the bumper off my mondeo once to rescue a very needed socket from behind the headlight. I feel your pain

I’ve tracked down the parts on the website..

Of the three mounts: One says left/right, one says rear and the last one says left only.
I am aware that both sides are different and won’t take the same mount? So I’m guessing the one that says left/right means right?

Also does it matter that mine is manual and it says it’s for an auto?
