Hi guys,
so I finally got around to check why the front of my bumper has a gap on the sides by the wheels, this is also causing the wheel arch cover guard not to tuck right into the bumper around the bottom section.
So there is a part that is missing on 1 side that I have attached a picture of. I'm trying to find out what this part is called as these have the 2 holes for the bumper clips to slot into.
On the other side where this part is present the bumper doesn't reach these slot as there is damage to the bottom of the bumper from kerbs. How can I resolve this as i think I need to bend the bumper back around??

Thanks

Just to the parts dept though? If the part is missing you will need to obtain it from somwhere no?

It’s an EPDM part, which unfortunately has memory, so unless you superheat it in an autoclave it will revert to the shape...(if that makes sense)- you need the part anyway so main dealer it is

That means making 2 trips as they usually need to order the parts in. It's not that big of a deal but I'm just busy and lazy but I guess I have no choice

Are you referring to the front bumper?

Just give AC Grangemouth a call and explain which part it is, they will guide you through locating it then ship it to you. :)

No, the part in your pic. The bumper will be an even harder ABS or something? As said by Alex above give MB Grangemouth a ring 01324 686002 speak to Steven Kilgannon, he’s very helpful and will ship the part on a next day for £5...probably cost you more in fuel to drive around

Thanks guys will look into it.
As far as the bumper is concerned I need to bend it back but it isn't staying put in the position i want it in if that makes sense. So would using a heat gun to bend it back Ok? Or is there another method recommended?
