Evening guys,

Prototypes for our developed M157 decat modular downpipes has been going really well and ready for production early next year.

Testing has been going great and will be available in different materials depending on customers spec.

Here are some shots taken over the weekend a d is now on a test car.

Working directly with an Essex based firm IWS for the fabrication.

Many thanks

Anthony @ GAD

Very possibly and a lot of heat transfer there- sorry
Nothing to be sorry about! The fact the cat isn't there reduces EGTs anyway. Like I mentioned prototype and finished product will have some form of wrapping or shielding.

I shall post pictures of how it was left by another company! On a side the note the tune that was on it was terrible!!!

Many thanks

^ The same could be said for any LTH fitted to M113K or M156 engines unless a sports cat is fitted. (Kleemann for instance)
Its a chance lots of members take to release BHP and improved breathing. (Its a bit noisier too;))

Do you have a ball park figure for supply and fit once made? ~(Thinking of my next car:D)
Will know next Jan/Feb time but was also when complete thinking of doing an initially batch at a discounted rate.

Let me know what you guys think

Many thanks

To be fair we have installed the Weistec ones that came with zero heat shielding and wasn't an issue. That being said it's worth doing for sure!!! Results so far are great I'm really happy with the flow! Looking at offering it in exotic materials also.

Next on the table next month will be current C63 and C63s also the E63 and E63s

Many thanks

Would this be close to fitting a M275 engine?
Unfortunately not no my friend. It is something however we could develop for if that's something that would interest yourself? Would need to be a non modified system to get accurate jigs made.

Many thanks

A full exhaust system always interests me haha. I had a full system on my old bmw 535d which I loved. Would decat pipes for the M275 be a wise option?

Completely your discretion we could develop a system with some form of sports cat if MOT is something you would like to retain.

Many thanks

Finally got round to getting the video up on YouTube! Please excuse the sound the GoPro's are not great for it! Also the cell was cold, the exhaust gas hot, the lens cold so caused a little condensation!!! Ended 733bhp and 1257nm

You can have my downpipes to make a set out off if you want? Sports cats would be my preference, just something to remove the immense backpressure.
