Not hard, but a bit awkward, the badge has 3 prongs on the back that go into 3 holes in the boot. You have to remove a bit of the boot trim that's near the badge, then push the prongs from inside the boot, then remove the badge, you will probably break the badge (I did) but as your replacing it , it doesn't really matter, then gently push the new badge into the holes until flush. Make sure you get the correct badge for the c207 as it has the correct curve for the boot.That glossy black grill is absolutely amazing! Will do same to mine. Is it hard to change Mercedes badge on bootlid?
