Hi All.
Just been to have new tyres fitted and been told the nuts cant be torqued to the correct level and I need to take the car back next week.
It appears this is due to spacers that have been fitted on the car and a couple are stuck on also.
This leaves me with a couple of questions.
1. could the spacers be caused the buffeting noises I'm hearing when driving, I cant see how they would but..
2. previous owner obviously fitted these and in my experience spacers normally go with lowering springs, is there an easy way I can tell from the stance if the car has been lowered? It's sitting on 19" black amg stock wheels, if anyone has any and pics of their stock estate I can compare?
thanks
