Hi All,

I thought it would be handy to join the forum as I'm finally picking up my car tomorrow (feels surreal to even type it)

My dad bought her, a Mercedes SEC500 back in 1988 and was his pride and joy. She had been stored for a few years and needed some restoration. My dad sadly passed away back in 2020 before the work was completed, however, I'm very pleased to report that I'll be picking her up tomorrow

I realised that on my drive back I have to say, I don't know if it was because it was hugely sentimental, but it may be the best car I've driven! It was such a lovely drive back.
