According to my copy of the March 2013 E class Price list you could have either Lane Tracking Package - Code 22P for £735 or the full Driver Assistance Pack - Code 23P for £2345. The latter included everything in 22P plus Distronic adaptive cruise control. Both were options on all models...

Just had a new rear subframe fitted by MB on a 2012 C250 Petrol saloon. No charge all done FOC. It didn't even have full main dealer history but most were done there.

Good end to this tale. MB picked up the full cost of replacing the subframe

thanks guys. MOT inspection, not too sure. It was last September and nothing showing. The AA have taken it to a MB dealer who will "inspect" the broken subframe for a goodwill fixing. Just waiting on their word at the moment.

Had both and 2.3/2.5-16V. It is worth considering the extra weight over the front wheels on the 2.6. Plus the torque peak on the 2.6 is quite high. A nice loose medium mileage 2.0 can be just as responsive as a town driven low mileage 2.6. Also 2.6 prices are getting silly now as were 16 valvers...

The catch comes if you have wrong or faulty parts. I bought an A/C pump off them that didn't work. It took 4 months and about 30 emails to get my money back

I had the same problem on my E320 C124 coupe. The RCL used to work then just stopped. I got an auto electrician to install an aftermarket remote locking device. The fobs looked like the ones from an after market alarm system but were just for RCL. It's very easy to tap into the vacuum system...

I'll second what DSK said. Autodoc are an absolute nightmare to deal with on warranty issues. I bought a Nissen A/C compressor from them back in July. It proved to be faulty and I sent it back to them , following their procedures. Despite 28 (That's right 28) exchanges of email the problem is...

Had a similar problem on a 190e 2.6. It turned out to be the fuel pump and filter. If replacing it's worth getting a Bosch one.
