    W215 CL600 M275 engine mounts :)

It is a good suspension - the issue we have is there is way too much thingns to replace. Two shocks for sure - one due to failed plunger sensor. All the hoses needs to be replaced. I will not rebuild the hoses done this on two and hydraulic shops in Ireland are just terrible. Brand new set of...

V8 are not that bad :D I have seen people were dropping subframe with the old type of the brackets in V12's. I am still thinking to remove everything from the car - ABC is going away anyway :D

    W204 2011 OM651 Engine Mounts Question

I bought engine mounts at my dealer. At the end they will last good few years so it is really worth spending a bit extra money. I know from a lot of people that they had a lot of issues with their aftermarket engine mounts. MB ones are filled with oil is well so this is making a huge difference.

W204 C220 CDI EML light on - help needed please

Did you check intake manifold? Sometimes they can crack and you have to replace them. At this point I would suggest to take it to the Mercedes Dealer or a good indie that will be able to perform some more tests on SD. I will try to run SD in Test mode to see what type of checks SD is...

    W204 2011 OM651 Engine Mounts Question

Hey Guys, I have completed the replacement of the Engine Mounts on OM651 on W204. To be honest with you I do not understand why WIS is saying to unbolt alternator and A/C compressor. The right engine mount from the driver side is a little bit harder as we need to take out Air Filter Box and the...

    W204 2011 OM651 Engine Mounts Question

It looks like I will have to do it. Looking at it from the engine bay I do not really understand why they are saying that we need to remove the whole DPF and also unbolt the alternator and A/C Compressor - it looks like there is enough room to do this without removing them. I will find out...

    W204 2011 OM651 Engine Mounts Question

Currently I have about 120 000 miles on it. I can actually feel it that it is more shaky as it was. Sometimes after harder acceleration engine can go into vibrations, it happens few times. Last service on the car was at the end of October this year - since then I drove around 5000/6000 miles up...

    W215 CL600 ABC to Coilovers?

    W215 CL600 ABC to Coilovers?

We say inside will be 3mm and outside is 7mm - they are silicon hoses. I will have to get new t pipes for this pipe. I have meassuered the connections where t pipes are connected and on most of the sensors etc it looks like that the end bit that is sliding inside the t pipes is 3mm

    W215 CL600 ABC to Coilovers?

Decission was taken and we will keep ABC - I am slowly getting the lsit of parts required and even if I will have to spend 1500-2000EUR I will do this to keep as nice as possible. Coilover conversion will cost nearly the same. I did not want to create a new topic so I will ask here. I want to...
