£13,000 to spend - CLK or C-Class Coupe?

I really can't decide between these cars, although the CLK is the better car the few I have looked at have been scruffy and have high mileage. On the other hand the C-Class coupe looks a lot more modern and obviously won't have such high mileage.

There is the dilema, I just wondered what you guys thought?

Also which model do you think would be the better bet in terms of depreciation?

P.S. Wouldn't it be great to have the money to just go and buy an SL!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO - BUT YOU COULD AFFORD A cl FROM 1996 / 7

bu66er - caps lock.

self closing doors, double glazing , cl, climate, memory leather seats (12 way adjustable minimum) / memory mirrors, auto wipers, sunroof etc etc etc etc etc etc 120 mph cuising in silence..... and 22 mpg :eek:

my 1996 / 7 is worth 13K according to parkers, in good nuick with 150K miles its worth less...

a sod to park tho' being 17' long and 6'3" wide and weighs 2.2 tonnes
