Due to the increase in demand and development for the 350 CDI engine. We have now redeveloped the "sport button" functionality for further throttle enhancement's and seamless gear changes though out the revs.

We have yet again proven our Mercedes development. We have now produced x4 350 CDI with more torque than a w12 Bentley.

Of course all GAD software is Bespoke so its up to you to decide on how and where you would like power.

Good morning,

Fortunately for you your vehicle is running Delphi DCM3.5 which we can program through OBD. This is good for you as the cost is lower.

Performance gains: 40-45 bhp and 90-95 nm of torque, Like for like driving MPG shouldn't change however if heavy footed it will drink a little more.

Good morning,

Unfortunately the WT4 is stall waiting to have the rest of its protocols of communication updated. However the WT3 supports this vehicle, it can hold three maps (one being the standard) and two of your choice.

We usually recommend a performance and economy map to fill the last two slots on the WT3.

Your CLS320 actually has the same engine as the new E350 cdi (OM642DE30LA) Gearbox permitting you can have more torque than a Bentley Continental GT!!!

Also if your vehicle is on an 09 plate then we will be able to programme via OBD port.

Good morning davesj,

The E350 CDI we did those gains are with purely software! With DPF removal we would expect to see and extra 15-20 bhp and 25-30 nm of torque, fuel economy will also be improved as we will be removing a massive exhaust restriction.

EGT's will also decrease by about 300 degree's C, and turbo temperatures will decrease improving the life of the unit. You will also never run the risk of the filter clogging causing many issues in the long run.

With DPF removals we always include EGR disable as standard to give greater throttle response and once again future proof your vehicle for any EGR related malfunctions.

The price for the software on your vehicle which is running EDC17 CP01 (ATP) will be £575 inc VAT with MBO discount. We will need the vehicle for a day to get everything perfect for it.

I will have to get an accurate price together for the DPF removal and will have to find its location exactly. Is there any chance you could send over a chassis number?

Hi,

I'm looking at picking up a 2011 C350 CDi BlueEfficiency soon - subject to a test drive. Having been driven in one I know it's already a potent car, however I do wonder what your upgrades can potentially offer in terms of improved fuel economy.

For the record, I currently own two remapped & tuned vehicles, my Ford Focus Diesel - which the C350 is set to replace - and my Subaru Impreza. The former was remapped and began returning an easy 5mpg improvement when driven carefully while also adding quite an impressive amount of extra oomph when pushing on. A win-win in my book. Equally with my Impreza I noticed improved economy on longer runs, even though that's really not the idea with that car, but of course making the car run more efficiently should benefit both driving styles.

Also I am very interested in your DPF and EGR options. Owning the Focus for some time I know how troublesome the EGR can be and would rather have these potential troubles removed early on, rather than "fixed" later.

Finally, with the Brabus tuning options offered by Mercedes dealers, car insurance, warranty and servicing appear to be unaffected (my friend just had his E350 Coupe Brabus'd up) is the same true for your package, as you appear to have the support of many Mercedes dealers?

You're a fair distance from me - I'm based in Oxford - but I think it'd be worth the trip to see you.

The gains to be had from your vehicle is nothing short of incredible!!!! I have to admit that after developing the map for our first 350 I was shocked at the sheer torque! With DPF hardware and software removal along with EGR software removal more is to had. As we mentioned in a previous post EGT's drop considerably along with turbo temps which is nothing but good news

We would expect to see an increase of MPG (with gentle driving of course) of 3-7 MPG possibly even more?

I will get a quote together for you tomorrow for a full package with all bells and whistles.

Please do that, I would certainly be wanting to do an EGR blank (pure software to keep it closed or hardware too?) along with DPF hardware & software delete and remap - might as well do it right the first time eh?

It would be interesting to do a proper before/after comparison regarding mpg. In my experience, as previously mentioned, a proper tune that yields more power has no need to compromise economy - it really is a win-win. I've done some mapping work myself (Impreza) so know what difference small seeming hardware changes, along with a remap can make.

Can you confirm how this work will affect the 10 months (or there abouts) I'll have remaining on the Mercedes warranty present on the car I'm looking at?

Evening,

I have a late 2012 E350CDI coupe with the D6(III). Can you do much over and above this, without invalidating my MB warranty? I honestly don't know if the Brabus map at (quoted) 308hp/509lb is conservative or aggressive.

I've been looking at the Brabus quad tail pipes however, thus far, I've not been able to get a straight answer as to whether the D6III can take advantage of this to liberate more power, what about your re-map?

Simple yes.
Power delivery will be far smoother and in sport mode more agressive due to shift patterns are corrected. The d3 unit changes rail pressure and boost this is not enough to achive results of bespoke management we have proven this with our software although the brabus unit provide extra power and econmoy this engine has far greater potential as is the case with just about all. We have produced safe power figures of 350 bhp and 750 nm of torque whilst returning the same factory mpg.
