A 140 help please to trace annoying noise.

Hi everyone. 02 reg A140. Quite a loud vibration / rattle can be heard from left hand front especially on the over run when changing gear. Sounds exhaust related but this has been looked at without success. Anybody out there able to help please. With thanks. Paul.

Sounds like a loose exhaust shield or you may have a defective exhaust with a loose baffle inside the front box....if its the latter, then the only remedy is replacement, but this should be covered under warranty if your car is only @ 1-2 years old.

I assume that you have taken it into your dealer for them to check over?
