A class electric window switch removal

Hi all
The passenger electric window switch on my 2010 A class will only make the window go down and not up but I cant figure out how to remove the switch without breaking it for possible replacement.
Any advice greatly recieved

The passenger electric window switch on my 2010 A class will only make the window go down and not up but I cant figure out how to remove the switch without breaking it for possible replacement.

Take the door card off and remove the switch if it not obvious how it comes out,
usually they pop out from the top using a plastic trim tool but some of those A classes had a large plastic panel that was screwed from inside the door card.

You will have to take door card of, so you can unplug window switch10 minute job

I was hoping I would'nt have to take door card off, as you say not a big job

It may not be the switch, could be the relay, when you take the door card of, put a live on one motor terminal, and earth on the other.
