Advice on damage to C250 Cdi Coupe

My next door neighbour owns a bodyshop that specialises in no fault accidents,people who go through him don't touch their insurance companies and hence their premiums do not rise.I suppose Chesham is a bit far for you?
He's done work on my Mercs & it was top notch.

It's no wonder UK insurance premiums are so high if everyone just calls the insurer to "manage" it for them. If that can be properly fixed outside insurers and assessors and all the bureacratic nonsense/cost that goes with it and the at fault guy is paying then surely that's the best way, and probably in the long run the easiest way, to sort it.

I suppose not everyone wants the hassle, and have the time. It is a service that you are paying for after all.
