Advice on front pads and discs CL500 C216

The pads are softer than the disc , they will bed to any disc grooving reasonably quickly on the fronts which do all the braking . I wouldn't suck any brake fluid out immediately just pack a rag around the brake fluid reservoir and see how much it rises when you do the first side . Mine never overflowed when I did my fronts last year .

Thanks, will try that, the level is a little higher than the marker band but tbh not sure if it drops when the engine is started like say ABC fluid does.
Just never looked
