It would seem Plymouth MB can't help... As they're too busy gassing outside to assist. Same as they were with my winter wheel / tyre enquiry which is now 4 days old.

Try MB in Exeter they are way better to deal with, Plymouth MB are a joke.

Unfortunately, I bought my last car from them and just an endless string of commitments they failed to deliver on; dodgy technical competence (if I'm to believe what they told me...); never able to return calls.

Went to look at a CLS they had right by their door a couple of months ago - looked around it for 10 mins, tried to speak with 2 different sales guys and after 15 mins gave up!

Plymouth had been better (in my brief experience) until this week - maybe I've been unlucky with both of them!
