Another light on my a class dash

I have a message on my dash saying front left malfunction. Any idea what this is? I also got my car full valet yesterday and since it’s been out he passenger seatbelt light won’t stop flashing and the annoying noise that comes with it even though no ones sitting in it. Help? Need to sell this car soon.
