Anti theft system

Hi guys i have recently bought a E350 bluetech 2015.
On occasions i get a warning on the screen "Ant theft system activated consult MB", The car starts and runs fine but i cannot clear the message hence i cannot use the screen for anything ie: music, nav etc.
This has done it about 4 times in the last week, can anybody help?

That’s a pity- however depending on when in 2015 it was registered and if full MB history then you may still have warranty ? Dealer should be able to clear it, otherwise find a Mercedes Independant with Star to clear it...

I shall ring mercedes. This message is not always displayed on the screen just sometimes.

Not done it at all this week. Must have been a gremlin lol
