Assured value insurance for SL320?

The insurance on my 2000 SL320 is due soon so I typed in my details on a few comparison websites and they throw up an estimated value of my car. You can type in what you value your car at but I'm concerned that if the worst came to the worst I'd get the figure their computer throws up rather than what the car is worth.

So the question is which insurers are there who will actually insure my car for what I believe it's worth as the comparison sites were valuing it at £1700 - £2200!!!
