From cold g/box is sluggish to engage. Also if I have to stop within the 1st few hundred yrds from cold start and then pull away, it engages gear but moves forward slowly & if I press the accelerator the engine revs as if in neutral and then 2nd comes in. All other changes ok & generally ok when normal operating temp reached.
