baby merc a class a140 (help needed)

changed engine not to bad...engine now running perfectly smooth...
BUT......../// clutch wont bleed ....with car in the air put car in gear started car gear box now noisy.... any help gladly accepted....

i had to release the gearbox from the rubber mounts , to give me the play to release the engine , as i didnt want to strip the sub frame .. when i reconnected the gear box to the engine the drive shaft into the gearbox came out about half an inch, i lost around a cup ful of oil ...
