Hello all!
So, this is a bit of a long shot, but then again, this wonderful place has solved more random things than this!
I’ve got one of these fitted to the W220 and have been using it quite happily for a couple of years now. It’s perfectly fine and the sound quality is as good as I need.
My issue is, whenever I take a call, I can answer it using the device, talk using the internal mic, and I can end it, again, using the device. The problem is that, every single time, the Bluetooth connection will disconnect after about thirty seconds from the end of a call. It doesn’t matter whether I’ve made the call or if I’ve received it, or if I’m playing music, or a podcast, or nothing at all. It simply refuses to stay connected after a call. It never, ever, drops the connection at any other time.
So, on the off chance that somebody here has any experience with this device, all I can say is... help please!
Best
