Better Bulbs for W169

This may have been covered before, but can't seem to find it...
Probably my ageing eyes,but my W169 headlights don't seem up to the job any more. Has anyone any legal recommendation for improving this?

I seem to remember there are some more efficient/brighter bulbs around, but not sure who makes them.

Osram Night Breakers are a good upgrade for halogens..
