Bi-xenon headlight deflectors for Europe

I have a 2008 (W211) E-class estate with bi-xenon headlights. What is the situation re beam deflectors when driving on the right please? Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Do a search, been covered many times.

You should have a lever inside the headlamp unit to adjust for continental driving

Tbh, the WIS instructions aren't really much additional help. Twist off the black circular cover on the back of each lamp. If you feel inside (with everything turned off!) you'll feel a tinny metal lever that moves without too much pressure. This moves the mask that blanks the rising part beam: you can see it moving if you look through the lens.

IIRC the little lever is on the 'wing' side of the bulb mounting within the lamp unit
