C 200 Fuel Flap not opening.

Hi ! The flap over the fuel cap on my 2001 C 200K W203 Model No. 203045R won't open either with the key or with the switch on the dash.
I've pulled the trim away in the boot but can't see an emergency release device.
Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.

Confirmed: This model does not have an emergency fuel flap door release.
The fuse (No. 15 in boot on LHS) was intact.
Fixed by installing a new solenoid and relay (very difficult access to these components)
