C Class C220 CDI AMG SPORT (2014) - Right dipped beam not working

Hi everyone, my right dipped beam isn’t working after installing a brand new headlight from Halfords.

The mechanic tried changing the left bulb onto the right and it still didn’t work. My sidelights work and all indicators work.

Before I take it to Mercedes, I’m just wondering what the problem could possibly be?

Wiring fault? Faulty connection?
What type of lighting is it? If HID it could be the ballast that's failed.
And there are far better places to take your than Halfords .... you need a decent auto spark or maybe a Merc independent that has experience of Merc electrics.
