C200 CDI

Hi, New member ,great site. I have a 2007 plate c200 CDI that drives like a dream ..except when letting out the clutch there is a slight knock as if the pedal was lifted to quickly. any ideas??

Could be the rubber couplings on the prop shaft or engine / gearbox mountings. It could also be some of the links on the rear suspension. There are a number of possibilities, the likelihood of which may depend on the mileage. You really need to get it up an a ramp and check with the car sitting on its wheels and also with the suspension hanging.
