C200 Kompressor 2001

The engine light on, done diagnostic check show air mass sensor fault, replace the air mass sensor, put it on diagnostic machine, cancelled fault, drove lik 1km then engine light back on can somebody please help me out what to do next, need to go for roadworthy.

when fitted the new air mass sensor their was oil in the fitting is that okay?? because mechanic told me its fine
