If you get on the service plan, you get the loan car for free. If you time it right (pay for the first, then get on the plan like I did) then you get two of the expensive services on the plan and actually save money.

No, block exemption says you can have it serviced anywhere and still retain your warranty as long as genuine parts are used. So you don't have to use the stealer if you don't want to.
