Changing dipped beam - W204

[chr15_8]

Hi

I need to change the dipped beam on the car tomorrow. Ive had a look on google but cant find much other than a video on youtube. The car has bi-xenons

Has anyone seen any guides?

Looks like the bumper needs to come off?
I'm guessing the battery needs disconnecting? if so which one?
