You would probably be better using Megs Scratch-X

Spot about the size of a pea on a microfibre cloth. Rub in a circular motion with medium pressure. Then buff off with a dry clean microfibre.

Thanks Carl, could I just do the spots with this or would I have to do the whole car? I could then do the whole car with the anti swirl polish.

Just do the spots with it.

You will have to reapply any wax/sealant over the top as it will remove it.

You can usually get it in halfrauds.

I’ve never used Megs Swirl Remover so cant comment on how good/bad it would/wouldn’t be.

Hello again, I decided to pick that entry level DA. With this as I only have the single pad, can I only use this to work the scratches out? Or could I use the same pad to apply all of the layers of different polishes/finishes. Also, does it matter too much which speed the DA is on?
At least I don't have much roof to worry about.

On off rain, I'm applying a compound at the moment and as I'm buffing off I'm getting a fine rain, will this matter in between coats of polish/wax/lacquer?

It will be easier next time as you have done all the hard work. Maintenance is the key as in all things car. Pics please.
