I found a dutch company that can repair my cruise amplifier or ECU but is there a british company? Looked on google but no joy.

there are 4 UK based companies removing designed to fail faults on major electrical control units on all makes of car and then guaranteeing their fix for life!!

In the end I sent the unit to one and they could not repair it, another over the phone said they did not know that part number, in the end Tristar sent me a used one for 60GBP out of a 190E that worked. The cost to repair I was told by one of them was 350GBP. To buy new from Mercedes is about 500.
