E Class Coupe Door Panels

Hi All,

New to the Forum and really need some help and advise. Ive just got my new E Class Coupe 2017 Model, I believe its a W213 but please forgive me if I'm wrong. I've attached a picture of it anyway for confirmation..

I really need some help and advise. Firstly, I worked for a Car Audio Firm and I need to change the speakers as I feel they are seriously lacking any quality. I just want to know if anyone has this model and if they have removed the Front and Rear Door Panels, what size speakers are in there and have you got any advise on how to remove them, any problems you may come across and have you got any Images on the removal?

Can’t help with the panels but your model would be the C207 until 2017 and C238 on the newer 2017 model

Ahh okay, thank you for the Model Confirmation Appreciate it, its my first Mercedes so I wasn't sure lol

Probably worth a search on YouTube also as there are a lot of videos about that sort of thing on there.

I've tried youtube but sadly there is nothing. Strange as I would have thought someone would have done a video.. Ive searched the web as well and thought hopefully someone on a forum may have the answer. Thanks for your help

Was this purchased new ?
Couldn’t you have just upgraded ?

It was purchased Brand New but I didn't thikn at the time the Speakers would have sounded that Tinny.

I work for a Audio Company but as its a new Car, I didn't want to just go a head and start ripped door panels off lol I was hoping maybe someone has done it already and could give some tips. No worries though guys, thanks for all the help

Hopefully, ill get it all done and post some pictures just incase anyone decides to do it
