E-class coupe no crank issue

Hello I have a 2011 Mercedes E Class coupe
The car won't crack over to start
the dash lights turn on all fuses are okay
interior heating doesn't turn on
sometimes buttons on steering wheel don't work also the radio controls and seats
gearbox used to show up on the dash screen if its in park still wouldn't crank over
shows srs airbags on dash

don't know where to start to try and fix this problem or what is causing it not to start and help would be appreciated

Sounds like a bad EIS but as above get codes read.

just fitted brand new Mercedes battery
just done diagnostics no communication with front right sam unit
no can communication

That's only one function of the EIS. If the switch is faulty it may be not maintaining connection of switched circuits however if you have no communication with the SAM that's the place to start.
