Eclass 2012 Cabrolet - windscreen cap/wind deflector flynet thingy

Hi folks, as per the title, my fly net/wind deflector (windscreen cap) only goes up on one side due to it catching(locking) itself on the rubber seal, it does 'uncatch' itself with the help of a screwdriver and some force. 90% of it goes up and 100% will go back down.

Anyone else having this issue or is it a simple fix?

No idea of it official name or part number....hoping for some help or pointers
