After doing about 60 miles on the M1, I got home and then went to fill up the tank. I pulled out of the station, floored it and then stopped at the traffic lights. At this point the engine starts to shake and runs very rough, hardly accelerating at all.
I stopped, turned off the engine and gave it a couple more bursts of acceleration and it seemed fine.

I was worried I might have put diesel in by mistake but I remember using the green pump and the receipt said unleaded.

Should I be worried about this?

If you had put diesel in your car would be smoking quite a bit..
I would (for now) ignore it and see if its just "one of those things"..

Might have stirred some muck up from the bottom of the tank.
