hi guys

I have this problem with my w204 c220 diesel estate automatic(2009) (98k), that I cant seem to figure out what it is. While stationery if i want to accelerate the car seems to hesitate initially with a jerk with idle moving up and down in rev range (500 to 1500 rpm) as if the car is about stall but then picks up and moves on. No problems while driving however couple of times the car has stalled while the engine was cold and i was trying to move of.

Yesterday under heavy acceleration car jerked again and engine management light come on. But guess what it was driving without any problems. This morning the engine management light has disappeared.

What could be the cause if this problem?
The car is now done 98k miles and serviced regularly!

This could be absolutely anything...the only way to find out is to get the codes read and go from there, but if the light has gone off and the car isn't going into limp and is running normally ..then I wouldn't worry ;)
