Hi all,

If anyone can help me out i know you guys will be able to.

Got a few issues with some bits on my car.
1. Went to replace front number plate and the holder is held by 4 screws 2 of with are counter sunk (great) 2 of which are not and have to go though number plate to actually hold the holder in place. Any one replaced the front number late holder? If so can you recommend which one. Seen a few of amazon/eBay but the front bumper is curvered.
2. Centre storage at the side is now flaking paint (plastic) and recommendation on what to do?
3. Boot plastic inside has gone white in places any body recommend any cleaning produt/ paint for it?

Thanks in advance

Dean

Thanks John I'll get them ordered.
So this happened today was sick of looking at the boot plastic fading/white so got home from golf and decided to paint it.

Getting there.

Next step is number plates and replace centre console plastic as the paint is flaking.

clk3202001,sl6002003 with everything regrettably sold ,A class 170cdi auto. NG/TF1800 ML250
do you have any rot in yrs,my rear arches are good as i did them a couple of yrs ago ,i also romoved all the arch liners in good hot weather ,press washed then waxoiled then put liners back, during this i found some rot ,actually a hole where the muck flicks up at the rear of the p.s rear arch liner. the only place on the car i have found any real rot issue. and to be honest other than cleaning ,corrosion killer ,i did not bother much with it , there seems little point on a car of this age.i will watch to avoid it becoming worse.

Thanks @John Laidlaw Just doing little jobs on it.

@ajlsl600 not had any issues with for in that place or any other place. Checked pretty much the whole car when bought it and couldn't see any rot/corrosion. However will keep an eye out on that area that you have an issue with.
