Gearbox issue? 2010 E350 Coupe CDI

Got an issue with my car. 2010 E350 did coupe. The auto gearbox is behaving strange. In E mode it’s holding the gear until about 3k all the time, if I floor it not dropping the gear even if I press the drop down button under the accelerator. When it changes down when I coming to a stop it’s very jerky, not smooth at all, no codes or messages that I can see. Gearbox serviced last October or something.

I would have an Indy check the ATF level initially to rule out low fluid.
There may be a software update for your transmission that hasn't been applied.
