Apparently its their softest, least cut pad.
I want it for applying Collinite 476S double coat.
It works very well doing this, but I was surprised it felt slighly agressive to the touch when say lightly brushed against the inside of your wrist, weirdly loaded with wax if pressed a bit more the slight abraisive feel dissapears ... as opposed to the ultra soft 3M Ultrafina Blue pad (this feels like a Cashmere jumper).

Mine has all the right product codes on the back, but wondered if it was abraisive, re using it once every 2 months to top up the Collinite.

I recollect touching their 100mm version ( Rupes say they both use the same foam) and if memory serves me well that smaller one felt very soft.
Just concerned they had a bad batch.

I am interested to know what makes one foam pad more agressive than another?, other than it being firmer.

Bought the 100mm version.
Clever but weird open cell structure, touched lightly feels ever so slightly abrasive, load with wax and slightly press it and it goes silky smooth.

So that query is sorted

Certainly saves time and effort applying it. :):)

I haven't personally.

But I overheard a guy in the local last night that had a mate who had read about on the internet.
