Hello ,

My name is Leon Taylor and i am the owner of Road Rage Performance Limited .
We are a Kent based tuning company with an in house 1250Bhp rolling road ,
we specialise in tuning European vehicles but over the last year have become mainly focused on the Mercedes tuning scene.

We have had great success with tuning development on a range of benz petrol and diesel engines .

I will be posting regularly showing everyone what we have been up to and welcoming any questions regarding tuning.

Tuning is not our job its our passion and i have been an avid Mercedes fan since day one , so it only makes sense that we specialise in them !

We haven't yet had this engine on the dyno , but our database says these tune from
156Bhp 250nm

To

172Bhp and 310nm of torque

A pretty decent increase over stock power , also remember that this would be an increase across the entire rev range
rather than just high end power

My info shows the stock power is 136bhp / 185Nm - this is petrol non-turbo variant?

Hmm thats odd , your version doesn't seem to show on our system . The A200 on here is non turbo , but cant find any info regarding a lower output model .

If you Pm me your registration i can try and look further into it .

The only A200 model listed in Mercedes brochure is 100kW / 136Bhp 185Nm - see attached.

Perhaps you're looking at W176, not W169?

What can you do, if anything, for my SL350. It's a 2005, 3.7 litre engine and as far as I'm aware, completely stock. An indication of cost would be useful to.

I've been looking recently at having mine remapped.
Thinking an exhaust system first then remap.
My research suggests that there are only small gains to be had from the remap though..
Mine is a 2006 slk 350. Pre facelift, so the lower power variant.
Any idea what gains are to be had from a good remap with yourselves..?
